Biography. Max Pross is one half of a comedy writing team that has graced many of the funniest television series since the late '70s. Pross met his long-time writing partner, Tom Gammill, at Harvard, and together they went to work for producer Lorne Michaels on the sketch comedy show "Saturday Night Live."
