However, with an average three stars for customer service, you might be better off spending a bit more with Jet2 Holidays which got a better score for beach/resort holidays, all-inclusive holidays and family holidays.

   • Never met anyone on holiday who paid less but several times encountered people who paid a lot more for the same package. The website is easy to use and provides lots of helpful information and details as well as links to genuine and honest reviews. I’m a big fan of On the Beach!

   Is on the beach a good company?

   • Searching and booking is easy and straightforward. Great service, highly recommend. Great service, this is the third holiday we have booked with On The Beach and we will now only use this company due to the ease in which the holiday was booked and then during Covid they refunded us straight away with no hassle.

   What do you think about the booking service on the beach?

   • Regards-Alex.-On the beach I found the booking and offers easy to follow and great guidance once booked on what to do next. My only gripe is that they need to be more transparent with flights as had to pay for seats after final payment made direct to the airline when checking in seats. It should be made an option at point of booking.
