May 8, 2016 · Whe have booked and paid for holiday. 2 weeks before flight reveived email that flight provider have increased transfer cost and we need to pay extra each on top of holiday costs or cancel our holiday. Disappointed. Date of experience: 18 May 2024. Useful.

According to our survey of over 20 beach/resort package holiday providers, there were only two competitors with a cheaper short haul average price than its £79 per night per person.

Aug 26, 2023 · Overcharged by On The Beach. The reply from On The Beach it’s very slow to non existent. I was made to pay £1000 more on my holiday for the same package booked in January. I wanted an upgrade but because of the cost I had to change my mind. In the end I was charged much more and ended up with the initial package.
