   Is Resident Evil a good movie?

   • The action sequences are this film's greatest strength. Starts off pretty cool but gets stupid, butchering the Resident Evil franchise even further. The actors playing Chris and Leon are honestly an insult to the franchise; they're terribly. Sienna Guillory makes a great Jill Valentine though, so there's that.

   • Retribution packs a non stop, intense movie. It continues after the last movie. The plot is good. It packs with a wild and confusing beginning. But it all makes sense mins later. The movie is one wild thrill ride. Which it never slows down with the action. The movie moved very fast with each action set pieces.
