  3. My review was written in January, 1985 after a Times Square screening. "The Mutilator" is a boring horror film, designed strictly for fans of explicit gore. Picture was filmed in North Carolina in 1983 as "Fall Break" (in keeping with the trend of scare films linked to seasonal holidays), a title retained in its theme song, played twice.
