The day before the September 11th terrorist attack, photographer Eric (Michael Urie) puts an advertisement in a newspaper searching for a roommate for his apartment in downtown Manhattan. As he meets with potential candidates in the weeks following, each wants to share his story of that fateful day, including Alex (Nick Potenzieri), who was in one of the towers during the tragedy.
