I'm interested in seeing a few other peoples thougths on AOE3. I bought it last week and have played a few games, and so far, am not impressed. I think they spent too much time trying to improve the graphics, when thats not why I play strategy type games, I feel that the game play is hindered by the advanced graphics.
My long-term goal is to create (like many others have done) a downloadable fantasy military version of AOE3 with all new unit and building designs and abilities. However, right now, I am starting off small by simply creating workable custom scenario maps and I need the help of a few people to help me get it right.
