Beverly Farms is the residential section of Beverly that borders the Atlantic from West Beach to Mingo Beach. The Farms begins around the intersection of Boyle Street and Hale Street and continues northeast until you hit Manchester or north into Wenham.

Beverly Farms is a small village in the north east corner of Beverly 4 ½ miles away from the center of Beverly. The Farms was known for its long green fields and deep woods; the land was used for farming for over 200 years because of its fertile soil.

The downtown of Beverly Farms, locate on West St. has survived over the years as the town’s main commercial center and has thrived and done poorly at times throughout the centuries. Coming into West St. on the left is the Beverly Farms fire station, which has lasted for over a century.
