Bogislaw XIII (Bogusław XIII) of Pomerania (9 August 1544 – 7 March 1606, Stettin; Polish: Szczecin), son of Philip I and Maria of Saxony, was a prince of Stettin and Wolgast, and a member of the Griffins.
During the 14th century, disagreements and bloody conflicts resulted in the partition of Pomerania on two separate occasions. Yet just over 100 years later towards the end of the 15th century, despite constantly changing alliances and brutal fighting, Pomerania was once again unified under Bogislaw X.
Bogusław I (also Bogislaw and Boguslaus; c. 1130 – 18 March 1187), a member of the House of Griffin, was Duke of Pomerania from 1156 until his death. In 1181 he received the "Duchy of Slavinia " as a fief from Emperor Frederick Barbarossa .
