The crystal structure of SARS‐CoV‐2 N‐CTD was solved by molecular replacement to a resolution of 1.5 Å, with Rwork and Rfree values of 17.7 and 19.0%, respectively (Table 1 ). SARS‐CoV‐2 N‐CTD forms a tight homodimer and displays an overall rectangular slab shape (Fig 4 A).
