Comfree offers a flat fee "mere listing" option. This is simply to put the house up on MLS. Anything on MLS has to be added by a licenced brokerage. OTOH the seller needs to put up a comission to a buying agent. So for example instad of 2.5% + 2.5% for a regular listing this could look something like $500 + 2%.
