    From the international border crossing in Surrey, Highway 99 goes northwest through 4 interchanges to Mud Bay. Here, it turns west, and goes this direction to a junction with Highway 91 in Delta. It then continues west to Ladner, where it turns northwest. It then reaches a junction with Highway 17, and then crosses the Fraser River through the George Massey Tunnel into Richmond. From the north end of the tunnel, Highway 99 goes north to another junction with Highway 91. It then goes northwest across the Oak Street Bridge into Vancouver. From here, it goes north onto West 70th Avenue, and goes west on this street to Granville Street, which it turns right on, and starts going north. It then crosses over False Creek (and Granville Island) via the Granville Street Bridge into Downtown Vancouver. It then goes along Seymour Street (or Howe Street in the other direction) northeast to an intersection with West Georgia Street. It then goes northwest along this street to the Stanley Park Caus...

    From Horseshoe Bay, Highway 99 goes north as the Sea-to-Sky Highway. It goes north along the Howe Sound through Sunset Beach, Strachan Creek, Lions Bay, Porteau, Furry Creek, and Minatay Beach to Squamish. It then goes north to Whistler, where Whistler Blackcomb Ski Resort is located. From Whistler, Highway 99 continues north to Pembertonwhere the Sea-to-Sky section ends.

    From Pemberton, Highway 99 goes east as Portage Road to Mount Currie, where it becomes Lillooet Lake Road. It goes east to an intersection with Lillooet River Road, where it becomes Duffey Lake Road. From here, Highway 99 goes northeast through Duffey Lake Provincial Park (Along the shore of Duffey Lake itself) to Lillooet, and a junction with Highway 12. It continues northeast from here to Pavilion, where it turns southwest. It then goes along the western shore of Pavilion Lake and through Marble Canyon Provincial Park to a spot southeast of said park, where it turns northeast again. It then travels this direction to its junction with Highway 97, marking the end of Highway 99.
