Mar 4, 2011 · Lifeline National Verifier Public Notice: WCB announces that effective January 15, 2019, the National Lifeline Eligibility Verifier will fully launch in five states – Hawaii, Idaho, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and South Dakota – and one territory – Guam.
Visit the National Verifier. Sign in using the applicable National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD) or National Verifier-only credentials. Use an interview-style approach to ask the consumer for the required information, complete the application, and upload documentation (if needed).
