Feb 01, 2014 · Now, I filled in for my replacement for a few months when his wife had some unexpected medical issues and he was given a leave of absence by the board. That is different. It was for a period of 3 months and I gladly stepped in. That is different than a sabbatical. For some, a sabbatical may be right.
