Fox haven’t yet officially confirmed whether we’re going to get a second season, so we don’t have a release date at the moment. But if it’s given the thumbs up, we would expect it to air at the end of 2019/early 2020.

"Now we’re fighting for our lives," Heldens told Variety. "Now we have virals attacking us; now the Colony is running out of batteries. "There are very urgent present-tense problems, and so I do like the idea of really making a season more about the present-tense action because we have a ton of story to tell there."
