To recover an old account: Go to the profile of the account you'd like to recover. Click below the cover photo. Select Find support or report. Choose Something else, then click Next. Click Recover this account and follow the steps. You can learn more about hacked accounts. You can also learn how to recover your Facebook account if you can't log in.
Try to regain access your email account. If you signed up for Facebook using an email address but you can no longer access the email account, you can try contacting your email service provider to recover your email account.

Click Settings. Click Accounts Center, then click Password and security. Click Change password, then click the account you'd like to update. Enter your current password and new password. Click Change password. Note: Not everyone will be able to access this setting in Accounts Center at this time.
