Plot. Rocky Jones, a leading member of the Space Ranger force, attempts to save the inhabitants of Ophecius, a planet about to collide with a moon. However, Cleolanta—the empress of the planet—is suspicious.

Ophecious is ruled by a hawkish space queen named Cleolanta (Patsy Parsons), who views the threat of rogue moon Placida as a United Worlds plot to destroy her planet and her rule. Nov 14, 2008 · On the planet Ophesus, Rocky is involved in contentious negotiations with Cleolanta (Patsy Parsons), iron-fisted dictator/queen of this world. Along with Rocky are his co-pilot Winky and diplomat Drake (Charles Meredith), who is "Secretary of Space" for the United Worlds.
As the ship heads for the new home that has been chosen for her people, Cleolanta finally realizes that she had been wrong and reconciles with Rocky and his crew, sincerely thanking them for their efforts on behalf of her and her people. Cast. Richard Crane as Rocky Jones.
