Jul 7, 2020 · My intention with this article (and those to follow), is to encourage you to set aside whatever images you have about border towns, and to tempt you into actually visiting Nuevo Laredo, just south and across the Rio Grande/Rio Bravo river from Laredo, Texas. The two cities are known as los dos Laredos.
