Siemowit III of Masovia (alternatively Ziemowit III; c. 1320 – 1381) was a prince of Masovia and a co-regent (with his brother Casimir I of Warsaw) of the lands of Warsaw, Czersk, Rawa, Gostynin and other parts of Masovia. Life. Siemowit was the second son of Trojden I of Masovia and his wife Maria, daughter of Yuri I of Galicia.

Children of Trojden I, first ruled jointly, and, after their uncle Siemowit II's death (1345), divided their inheritance, made official in 1349. Upon Siemowit's III death in 1381 however, Masovia was again partitioned between his sons: Janusz I, ruled as duke at Czersk until 1413, when he moved his residence to Warsaw, followed by his grandson Duke Boleslaus IV (1429–1454) Siemowit IV, Duke at Rawa and Płock (until 1426), also Duke of Belz from 1388.
